JVC DVD-RW Wont work on PC?

Ok I fair bought DVD Re-Recordable 4.7GB CDs. Their from JVC and its speed is 2~4x and it say its for figures. Ive tried to get them to work on my PC but they wont. I have an HP cd-Writer / dvd-rom combo, its max hurriedness is 48x. Ive also tried many diffrent types of CD burning

set, it's your drive.

if can read and write CDs but when it comes to DVDs, it can only study.
this is advertised as "cd-writer / dvd-rom" type ambitiousness

the max speed of 48x is for CDs, smax. peed for DVDs shoud be 4x to 8x.
