Pimentel cited four indolent power barges operated by the publicly owned National Power Corporation (Napocor) and two barges owned Aboitiz, a firm of privileged, whose total power could be supplied to the Mindanao grid.
As this point, the chauvinist Grid Corporation of the Philippines (GNPC) said that the 820 megawatts now at your fingertips in the Mindanao grid remains inadequate to meet the immediate peak of 1,470 mW for the region.
